Returns Policy
Full price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or for an on-line credit on the Electra Lang website within 21 days of the shipment. Returns made after 21 days will receive an on-line credit only. Returns after 45 days are not accepted.
Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must still be attached and undamaged. Electra Lang reserves the right to deny any refund, or make deductions in the refund amount if the merchandise does not meet return requirements.
"Free Return Shipping" Electra Lang offers “free return shipping” (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) on any items you would like to return for a credit, exchange, or refund. Just use the FedEx return label provided with your order when returning your items.
Returns Process
Fill out return form included with your order, and include in the package, along with a copy of your invoice.
Use the enclosed FedEx return label (to ensure you get free return shipping), and drop off at any FedEx authorized shipping vendor.
No credit will be given for the original flat rate shipping of $10.
Keep the tracking information on all packages to ensure the package is returned to Electra Lang. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for your card to be refunded.
Exchange Process
Fill out exchange portion of the form included with your order, and include in the package. The exchange will be subject to availability.
Use the enclosed FedEx return label (to ensure you get free return shipping), and drop off at any FedEx authorized shipping vendor.
Any new shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.

To expedite your request for an alternate size or style, we recommend that you contact customer service at (877) 343-7110 to place a new order. However, please note that the exchanged merchandise must be received within 21 days of original shipping date in order to receive a credit to your credit card. Otherwise, you will receive an on-line credit to the Electra Lang website.
Cancellation Policy
Since we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed and confirmed. Please follow the Return and Exchange Policy to receive your preferred credit type.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days of placing your order (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Flat Rate Shipping is based on FedEx Ground Service (4-7 days) to all continental US destinations, unless another service is selected. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than 8 business days and will be charged extra shipping based upon order weight.
You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
Please note that we cannot ship to Post Office boxes.
